ASIC Fee Increases from 1 July 2015

ASIC fees under the corporations, credit, SMSF auditor and business name regulations will be increased on 1 July 2015 based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the March quarter 2015.
Here are examples of some common fees that will apply from 1 July 2015:

| Application for registration as an Australian Company (proprietary company that has share capital) | $457 | $463 |
| Change of company name | $377 | $382 |
| Late payment fee for up to one month late | $74 | $75 |
| Late payment fee for more than one month late | $308 | $312 |
| Application for voluntary deregistration of a company | $38 | $38 |
| Annual review fee for a proprietary company | $243 | $246 |
| Annual review fee for a registered scheme or a public company | $1,146 | $1,161 |
| Business name fees | Current fee | From 1 July 2015 |
| Registration or renewal for one year | $34 | $34 |
| Registration or renewal for three years | $78 | $79 |
| SMSF auditor fees | Current fee | From 1 July 2015 |
| SMSF auditor registration | $103 | $104 |
| SMSF auditor competency exam | $103 | $104 |
| SMSF auditor annual statement | $51 | $52 |
